However, you should know that filing any claim with your insurance company requires a mental health diagnosis. To get more information about your copay, coinsurance, deductible, or other insurance benefits for both counseling and assessment services, please call your insurance’s member services (phone number will be on your card).

All copays, deductibles, amounts due for out-of-network services, and private pay charges are due in full at the time of service. Please remember that you, not the insurance company, are ultimately responsible for paying the agreed upon fees. If you have questions about your coverage (i.e., copays, deductibles or what is covered by insurance), please contact your insurance company’s member services department.
