I love these pills it seems to do just what it says.

I am a huge supporter of using turmeric for my joint pain and inflammation. It definitely makes a difference. I have tried many turmeric products over the years so I am so excited to try this one. Not only does it have turmeric with black pepper, which is needed, but also has other added ingredients that is supposed to support healthy joints. I really wish the bottle listed how much of each product you were receiving in the capsules however. They do not show you the percentages of what is in there. This is a drawback for me. I like to know what I’m putting in my body. They do sell this in a 60 and 90 capsule bottle. Serving size is three capsules so the 90 bottle would be my suggestion for a 30 day/month supply. The 60 capsules is only 20 days. I guess the smaller container would work for those that may choose to only take two capsules a day. Overall my joints seem to be feeling pretty good while on this. However I also cut out sugars and gluten which cause inflammation which also makes a big difference. Hard to tell how much of my health is based on this product versus my food choices. I have not noticed any negative side effects however. Being that I know turmeric has helped me over the years I’m sure this product is also making a difference. There’s a lot of good products out there to choose from, however you may want to give this one a try.

I will report if they seem to help. But in the end, the amount of each specific ingredient in each tablet is not specified in the list of ingredients, so you really don't know what you're ingesting in terms of recommended effective daily intake values. Sixty pills yields twenty days of supplements at the recommended dosage of three pills each day.

I tried this product this morning and found that I liked the way it took a bit more than an hour before I noticed any change. It isn't an over-the-top stimulant with so much caffeine that I get the jitters. The price seems OK, but not great for 30 capsules. There was zero let-down at the end of the day, as is often the case for me when I use anything with copious amounts of caffeine in it. The amount of niacin did not result in a Niacin-Flush at all for me. I hope this was helpful.

I thought I'd like it a bit more than i do.. Often the caffeine is so much in these that its hard to Spread out over hours, but this seems to need a bit more.. ...also it doesn't say what type of b12.. I prefer methylated.. Bottles a bit big for only 30 pills ( i hate that) Not a bad price.. 🐈🐈🐈1\2

I recommend taking this at least 2 hours before you need the energy. That’s about when I got a noticeable increase in energy. It was a gradual build up and not anything sudden. The energy wasn’t over the top either. I feel more alert and not as sleepy or tired as I was before. I like that they come in veggie capsules as well. I also like that it contains green tea.
