Detailed Inspection
Every section of your home's roof and exterior will be inspected thoroughly for any damage. It's not uncommon to find significant but overlooked damage, even on roofs that look fine from the ground.
Detailed Review
Once we understand what work needs to be done on your roof, your P1 Project Manager will meet with you to review the project scope, look over the financials, and get your approval to start the job.
Job Completion
Your roof replacement will be performed according to what we've discussed, normally within a day, in order to minimize disruption to your home. We leave your property as we found it, including loose nails with a magnet.

I was introduced to Project One via a cold knock at my door. I detest uninvited solicitors. Nonetheless, Dalton politely introduced himself and left me with some information that I looked through over the following months. I eventually contacted him over the summer for a follow-up. Dalton took photos and guided me through the steps necessary to get the process started on my end.We scheduled the roof replacement for November due to prior financial commitments I had to take care of. To say that Dalton stayed in constant communication is an understatement. He answered all the questions I had. We got delayed one week due to weather.The roof replacement was a two-day project. The crew started around 6 am or so each day and worked until right after sundown. Besides the noise from the work and getting a roofing nail stuck in my shoe when I moved my vehicle only on day 1, there wasn’t an issue. On day 2, work continued and finished by around 4 pm. They did a good job with the cleanup. A couple days later the gutters were done and now we have a new roof and some nice new gutters.
As a local member of this community, I am proud of the way Project One Roofing has engaged, affected, and been intentional about their community involvement. They are a rarity is this industry, and we welcome all their efforts and applaud their willingness to make a real difference in people's lives! I contacted Project One Roofing for roof inspection after hail storms in Feb. Of 2024. Dalton Munn was recommended by my grandson. Dalton came out and discovered the damages to a 7 year old roof. Our problem was not with this company but with the insurance co. we have. They flat did not want to pay. The sent numerous inspectors. Finally Dalton and an independent inspector were able to get insurance to realize damages. And pay minus deductible. A crew of 16 men came Nov. 6 and 7 and got the new roof on and cleaned up the horrible mess it makes replacing roofs as always. We had new posts installed and waiting on painter to paint them. So yes I would recommend Project One Roofing Company as they have stayed on this roof claim all year until it is finally done. Thank you Dalton. I went from black roof to a grey. Will be changing shutters as well. May paint them a grey color instead of the black.

This was my first roof replacement and from the start, they were my advocate with the insurance company and shepherded me through the process with a helpful attitude. And, unlike literally all of my neighbors, my claim from the February hailstorm was approved by insurance and I'm convinced it was because of the skill & experience of the people from Project One, specifically Ryan Moore. He was more than an owner, he was a "hands-on" participant from the very beginning and was always accessible. His “can-do" attitude permeated everyone at Project One’s interaction with me. His on-site guys Preston & Zach, communicated effectively and often, and they quickly and efficiently ironed out any bumps along the way. The crew that actually replaced the roof, led by Leo, was very conscientious, skilled, and responsive - true professionals (all the way down to spending a TON of time on cleanup after the job) The office staff I dealt with, Hailey and Meredith, were positive, engaging, and seemingly hell-bent on making sure my experience was good and that everyone stayed on the same page. Bottom Line: As an organization, Project One behaved like they prioritized helping me and getting our family through the roof replacement process above everything else, realizing that the business/money part would take care of itself. Worked with Dalton, he was very professional, helpful and made getting a new roof a stress free process. He worked with our insurance company, and even recommended a better company and what kind of roof coverage is best. We never felt pressured into any decisions. After that hail storm in February Richard Davis from Project One Roofing came by and was great. He did an inspection of our roof. And when I say Inspection I don’t mean he walked up a ladder and back down and said we need a roof. He actually went on the roof and spent time looking and making sure we had damage and if replacement was needed. After letting me know we would need a roof he was very Informative with the process and how to move forward with the insurance company. Richard was in contact with us letting us know when the crew would be out. The crew was out around 2:00 one afternoon and finished around 6 the next day. They worked hard and when they were done they cleaned up extremely well, taking extra care to make sure they triple checked the grounds because they knew we had a toddler and didn’t want him to get hurt by anything. Project One is a class act in my book and will, and do, recommend them to anyone and everyone I can. From start to finish they get an A++

We worked with Ted Long from Project One®Roofing. He was extremely knowledgeable explaining why we needed a new roof, where the water leak was located, coordinated indoor repairs, and explained modern improvement options he recommended. How long does it take to get a new roof?
The roof replacement process depends on the complexity and size of your project. On average it takes around a month to get through the entire process from inspection to installation. Actual installation is often just a couple of days. The majority of time is spent waiting on insurance carriers and supply.
Factors that can delay your roof replacement is picking out a shingle type/color, inclement weather and occasionally supply delays for specialty applications.
How much do I have to pay out of pocket for a new roof?
Most projects paid for by insurance proceeds typically result in the homeowner only owing their deductible out of pocket. You can check with you carrier to see what your deductible is. It is common for deductibles to be 1% of the value of your home.
How do I know if I have hail damage?
Although some hail damage can be seen from below, it is best to evaluate hail damage from a thorough roof inspection. We would be happy to complete a property inspection to determine if you have hail damage.
