This is a top notch facility. Mom had a two month stay, and she was treated like family. Incredible people with a compassion for elderly dementia. Sarah, Susan, Barb, Angela, Gilbert, Shania, ladies at the front desk and many more are truly amazing. The center was always clean, the knew each person by name. Private rooms were spacious. This facility is well worth a five star rating.

I only have great things to say about WSMC. The extra level care they display at all times was evident from my very first phone call with the Executive Director, Sarah, when trying to find immediate and unanticipated placement for my mom. My mom had an especially hard time adjusting to needing care, but after only a few weeks, WSMC had her settled and they make every effort to keep her comfortable and busy.

A very special thank-you to Lucretia at the front desk, who goes above and beyond to keep my high-functioning mom busy and feeling appreciated. I feel like I’ve found family at WSMC, which is a major sense of comfort and relief when I’m unable to provide the level of care and attention she needs.

This is a wonderful memory care facility in GJ. My brother is there for almost 1 year he is very happy and safe there. The sales office Susan she was extremely nice helpful with us for an urgent transfer. The staff has been welcoming and friendly to our family members facility is clean food is good. I would highly recommend them for memory care needs we are grateful for their help and services.

Western Slope Memory goes above & beyond for their residents! Anyone who has had a loved one affected by dementia, Alzheimer’s etc knows just how extremely difficult it can be to care for them. Their staff are always kind, compassionate, attentive & patient! I have a lot of experience with assisted living facilities & Western Slope Memory is the best, bar none.

As a hospice nurse that frequently visits WSMC, I can say without a doubt, all the staff there truly care for their residents and are always kind to visitors and families!

I have found the staff at Western Slope to be extremely concerned about the elderly population they serve. They have a great activities program and are willing to create new opportunities when requested. They really listen when there are concerns. I would recommended this facility highly.

Western Slope Memory care is a wonderful place my mom has been there for 2 years and they have taken such good care of her the activities room and staff are the best part they do such a great job of coming up with activities for every resident to participate in the staff is kind and compationate. They treat my mom like family. They have been with me through the many changes my sweet mom has been through I think of them as part of my family. The whole facility is wonderful compationate. We are. We are blessed to have my mom their. I also love the kitchen staff they are so wonderful they take such good care of each residents needs and know their needs. They are kind and friendl. The nurses are very sweet and kind and the administration are so helpful and compationate. Great communication. The ladies at the front are so wonderful and welcoming.

Susan went above and beyond to expedite Dad’s placement and we are extremely grateful. Barbara who did the assessment was absolutely wonderful and Angela involved Dad in activities upon his arrival making him a part of the facility. Thank you so very much
