We provide free door-to-door delivery for all products, including ovens, dishwashers, fridges & freezers, televisions, cooktops, stoves, rangehoods, heat pump dryers, front load washing machines, hot water systems, air conditioning systems, microwaves, and sinks & taps, along with the removal of old appliances removal for recycling.
Appliance Installation charges depend on the complexity of work, which can vary based on the product type such as dryers, washing machines, hot water systems, air conditioning systems, microwaves, sinks, and taps.

Usually, we deliver in 2-4 days and spend 1-2 hours for installation. Our Australian-based customer service and support team are available 7 days per week, which can be contacted by phone or via online chat.

We have to be able to purchase the identical in the box product at the time of your price beat request. Just give our friendly customer service team a call with the product you’re interested in, along with the price you’ve found on the product and installation and we’ll happily take care of the rest.
The price must include all costs including the brand new appliance, delivery fee, basic appliance installation fee and old appliance removal fee. We look at the final combination price of the appliance, delivery and installation. If the price includes services we don't provide, we will still beat the price, but may not beat the service.
