Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am living at Anvil 38 apartments. Been here 2 years and still loving it! The management team, leasing office and maintenance are wonderful, very helpful and welcoming individuals. This place is close to everything i.e restaurants, gas stations, mall, Ivy tech, 5 mins or so from I65, you name it. I absolutely love everything about these apartments. It’s not just “a place or an apartment” it truly is home.

Jamie is the best! She is so helpful and friendly.  She made the process simple and was there every step of the way. The building is brand new so it's very clean, which is always a plus. The rooftop terrace is so cool and the location is perfect for where I work. The only negative thing I have to say is parking is very slim; ideally, I would like to be able to see my truck from my room so I could be able to remote start in the winter.

I have lived here since July and it has been great. Jamie and the rest of the staff are very kind and helpful!  The neighbors are friendly in this building and it is just an overall nice, quiet place to live.  I have already renewed my lease for another year and am looking forward to remaining a resident here.

This is one of the nicest and prettiest housing options for people in Lafayette! All the amenities alone are awesome! The rooftop terrace will be, by far, one of the best things! It's looking so great already, we cant wait to see it fully done! Also- Jamie is ALWAYS a pleasure to deal with, any time! Every question I have had she has answered with great ease! Great community, great people!
